The organizer must keep the balance of the health for the competitors in Yog,Youth Olympic Games 2010.
Not only that,they can follow accordingly to the food pyramid or even healthier than the food pyramid.Eat more vegetables and eating lesser junks food can be set as an example.
Maintaining the body balance for 6 periods of months could be hardly possible or even impossible.
Nobody has experienced that before.Even the healthiest person amongest the competitors may fall sick for at least once.
If the person can really sacrifice himself to eat vegetables and rice in his long period of Yog,he may be possible not to fall sick during the period of time.
Welfare and Health is very important as someone may just faint or die at the scene.
Fortunately,nobody has been made with accidents before.
